As seen in the video, Burstall Parish Council needed a safe, faster, and more reliable EV charging setup at Burstall Recreation Ground to support their new electric van. They wanted to move away from slow, standard three-pin charging.
We carried out a detailed site visit to plan the best charger location and route to the power supply. While the existing setup didn’t meet BS7671 standards, we kept things cost-effective by installing a dedicated, regulation-compliant supply unit just for the charger.
Installed and tested in just a few hours, the result was a fully compliant system that delivers up to three times faster charging than a regular socket, with added flexibility for scheduling and future fleet growth.
